We kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled lashing appointment. This guarantees that we allocate sufficient time for preparation and commence your service on schedule. Late arrivals may lead to a reduction in service time or the need for rescheduling. If your service is reduced due to a late arrival, the full cost of the service will still apply.
All modifications to your appointment should be communicated a minimum of 24 hours prior. Modifications made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.
Confirmations are required by 8pm PST; otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled.Kindly be advised that appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be confirmed automatically. Please be advised that a service charge will be incurred if you fail to attend your confirmed appointment.
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation of your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur the full service fee. This policy guarantees the respect of our time and allows us to provide appointments to additional clients.
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a charge of the full service fee (touch-ups) and/or the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy is established to ensure fair compensation for our lash artists' time and to uphold the efficiency of our scheduling practices.
Should you be arriving for a fill from the work of another lash artist, please note that a complete removal and application of a new set may be necessary. This is a result of differences in training and techniques, aimed at ensuring we uphold the highest standards of service and lash health. Our primary focus is to deliver optimal results for you.

Your satisfaction holds significant value to us. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please reach out to us within 72 hours of your appointment to address your concerns. A complementary 30-minute QUICK-FIX appointment may be available with your original lash technician. Quick-fix appointments will not be provided if you arrive late to your scheduled appointment. We will collaborate with you to identify and resolve any concerns, ensuring your satisfaction with the experience.
Refunds are not available for any products or services after purchase or completion. This policy ensures the maintenance of high quality and safety standards within our studio.
